Whether it’s for commercial flights or military missions, we keep fleets soaring**We're a Global Team** of _**30-ish**_ Skylinkers across the US and internationally, we offer a dynamic, collaborative environment where growth and success are shared by all**What We DoSkylink supports aircraft maintenance worldwide.**We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft—yes, the same ones you fly on vacation, that transport cargo globally, and that support military missions. **Our mission?** To simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries.As an Account Executive, you'll work with airlines, MROs, lessors, and military to ensure they get the right material support to keep their fleets in the air. Our clients span over **30 countries,** and you'll be working with million-dollar engines, entire aircraft, and professionals from all over the world.**Career Growth Path**We believe in growth Here’s what your career trajectory can look like at Skylink**:(You will placed in a tier according to background expeience and skills)**- **Step 1**:Junior Account Executive** - Build & manage a sales pipeline: OTE: $50,000 (salary + commission).- **Step 2**:Account Executive**- OTE: $75,000 (salary + commission).- **Step 3**:Dedicated Account Manager**- Grow assigned accounts. To succeed, you’ll need an open mind and a willingness to learn our unique sales approach.**Job Functions****Opportunity Creation (50%)**- **Delivering an Executive Briefing**: Brief decision-makers on business challenges and how Skylink’s solutions can improve their results. Business acumen and confidence are key.- **Securing a Second Meeting**: Lead discussions to identify improvements and earn the right to schedule a follow-up meeting.- **Engaging Additional Stakeholders**: Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in across the client organization.**Opportunity Capture (30%)**- **Facilitate the Client’s Buyer’s Journey**: Guide clients through their buying process with tailored advice to help them make informed decisions.- **Educate the Client and Their Team**: Identify the root causes of client challenges and ask questions that encourage self-reflection and insights.- **Build Consensus**: Align diverse stakeholders and gain their support for proposed solutions.- **Match Investment to Outcomes**: Ensure the client’s investment is aligned with expected results, holding yourself accountable for delivering on promises.- **Negotiate Win-Win Deals**: Independently negotiate deals using provided tools, ensuring both parties benefit. PINK- **Close Deals**: Secure client commitments by strategically timing the ask and outlining clear benefits.**Account Management (20%)**- **Account Management**: Manage key accounts, process RFQs and Sales Orders, and ensure on-time shipping.
