Join our dynamic team and grow with us We're looking for a **detail-oriented and motivated fresher** to support our documentation processes and ensure smooth shipment operations.What You'll Do:- Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, etc.)- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping lines, and overseas agents- Maintain accurate shipment records in our systems- Ensure timely submission of documents to customers and authorities- Resolve documentation discrepancies and follow up on pending items- Learn international trade compliance and logistics processesWhat We're Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Logistics, International Business, Commerce**, or related field- **No experience required** - Freshers are welcome- **English proficiency is a must**:- Basic knowledge of Incoterms or shipping documentation is a plus- Skilled in **Microsoft Office** (Excel & Word)- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills- Team player with the ability to work independently**Interested?**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
