**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develops account plans based on the brand strategy and execute tactics as a result of the segment, opportunities and barriers.- Executes account plans by identify, analyze and interact with the stakeholders at medical and administrative levels.- Assures product availability by managing Sell in - Sell Out, inventories, PCM, DPM based on demand generation.- Coordinates the account team being the voice of the customer and is proactive on taking a course of action.- Develops new markets and accounts and is proactive in the searching for solutions to clients at private and public institutions.- Understands, analyses and execute sales force effectiveness KPIs.- Understands all the customer journey related to their market and ecosystem and provide customized solutions to deliver expected results.- Plays an advisory role delivering clinical and economical evidence, tailored made to customer needs.- Key player on product launches and access, promoting clinical experience by supporting specific patients in public institutions.- He/she is the owner of the assigned territory and is fully responsible of delivering results aligned with ethics and the IPSEN’s way of being.**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in High Specialty therapeutic areas.- Scientific orientation- Account leadership and management.- Participation in product launches.- Positive & proactive.- Focused on execution.- Able to translate opportunities and barriers into an action plan.- Read and understands English (medium level)- Sales & negotiation techniques- Communications capabilities- Office software management- Adapts and promotes digital environment- Be based in Monterrey/MX- IPSEN is an equal opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination.
