**On-Site Position - Applicants must reside in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate.(Please note: the job offer will only be extended upon successful completion of the interview process at our offices. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Some examples are Freeway, One Source, Bluefire, and over the years, we have grown and acquired more companies such as SCRAM, First Acceptance, Assured Health, among others.We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana. This past year, we have grown from 1,500 employees to over 1,800, and we even have plans to open another site in Mexico.- Position Overview:The Wellness Call Center Representative/Appointment Setter is responsible for handling high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls as part of our Annual Wellness Program.
