Con más de 160 sucursales de venta a nível mundial y logística en más de 70 países.**Descripción del empleo**:**OBJETIVO**Sales Support estará encargado(a) de brindar soporte a la Dirección Comercial y al área comercial, efectuando seguimiento y asegurando entregar un servicio de calidad.Proporcionar la información y documentación requerida respectiva a cada cliente.Efectuar mantención de clientes en sistemas Doka y coordinar el flujo de información desde y hacia el departamento comercial con Ingeniería, Operaciones y Finanzas.**FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO**- Actualización sistema Victori a través de seguimiento periódica con comerciales- Seguimiento de nuevos clientes y proyectos a través de plataformas y contactos proactivos.- Revisar labores de prospección de BIMSA con el Director Comercial.- Project Monitoring garantizando Workflow de facturación de servicios: ingeniería, instrucción, MyDoka, Dokatiza otros servicios- Gestión interna de contratos y con clientes. (Adendum)- Entrenamiento plataforma MyDoka- Realización de ventas directas a clientes esporádicos- Realizar encuesta de servicio al cliente buscando la retención y mejoras de acuerdo con las prioridades del negocio.- Prospección de nuevos clientes- Actualización y mantenimiento de Dokatiza (Cotizador rápido)**Requisitos**:**Formación**Ingeniería o Administración de emperesas**Experiência**2 años de experiência**Conocimientos**- Dominio de herramientas de Office.- Conocimiento de Excel- Redes Sociales**Competencias**- Organización- Integridad y Ética- Trabajo en Equipo- Mejora continua- Capacidad de análisis y administración.- Habilidades de Comunicación.- Enfoque al cliente interno como externo.
