Leads the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources.**Your responsibilities**:- Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.- Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.- Executes service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility.- Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration.- Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS).- Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.- Drives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).- Runs the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.- Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.- Invests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.- Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electric o Mechanical Engineer, Industrial or automation Engineer, Business Management.- +8 years of experience working in Mexican and CA&C Electrical Systems industry.- Manufacturing Knowledge.- Experience in Large projects (3M USD or higher).- Industry Segment knowledge (Minning, Oil & Gas Utilities, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater, Building/Infrastructure).- Proven Leadership experience.- Contract Management, Install Base Management, Project and Cost Management.- Customer Service and Digital Service (SAAS).- Availability to travel (40% national and international).- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
