Las Visión de Conjunto:The Strategic Sourcing Analyst witll assist the Strategic Sourcing team with successful execution of sourcing processes and strategies.**Responsabilidades**:- Administers Approved Supplier List- facilitates addition and updates of suppliers to the ASL and in the business systems- ensures supplier packages are routed properly for Request for Sourcing- updates/maintains ASL Database in PLM system- maintains the supplier history files- Consolidate data from various systems and integrate those in meaningful information supporting business reviews and decision making process- Coordinate Supplier Change Notice activities among cross-functional teams involved - Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing- Support supplier escalations- Perform daily tasks as directed by supervisor and support other team members as neededCalificaciones:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, business administration or accounting- 3 or more years of procurement or purchasing analysis experience required- Advanced analytical skills - solid Excel knowledge (v-lookups, pivot tables) required- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to problem solve, prioritize and work independently- Be a team player and able to partner with the team members across different functions
