**IT Service Desk Analyst**

**Modality**:hybrid

**Location**:Tijuana, B.C

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide full IT support service to all employees and external customers who use our services or third parties.
- Installation, configuration and support of different operating systems: Windows 10 Windows Server, Linux. IOS.
- IT Local support assistance.
- Remote support for certification and software installation for external customers of the company using programs like Desktop Central, ScreenConnect, F-Secure.

**Essential work skills**:

- Minimum 1-year knowledge of IT expected and demonstrable
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and high level of enthusiasm
- Be able to work independently as well as part of the team
- Ability to pay close attention to detail while dealing with a robust flow of issues
- Ability to articulate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Team player
- Fluent in English

Schedule:

- Monday to Sunday (five days a week rotative) - starting at 08AM local time (TJ)
