Each team contributes to DXC's success and each individual delivers world class service and has opportunities to grow and learn.**ABOUT THIS ROLE**DXC is looking for an experience Tax Analyst that will be responsible for tax compliance activities for LATAM Countries such as Costa Rica, Peru, Uruguay, among others.**WHAT YOU’ WILL DO**:- Perform tax compliance activities of Income Tax, WHT taxes, VAT, Municipal and Tax Report, filing returns and reporting obligations.- Reconciliation of tax accounts and Deferred taxes preparation- Developing, implementing, and documenting tax compliance process improvements.- Provide assistance to local tax audits and controversy matters.- Develop and maintain knowledge of tax laws and current developments to identify potential impacts on the DXC business.- Monitor industry positions relevant to DXC’s LATAM business operations.- Follow up with tax law changes and implement new processes and strategies.**WHO YOU ARE**:- 6+ years of tax experience with exposure to tax compliance in a multinational corporation and/or a Big 4 public accounting firm.- Experience using computer software including SAP, Excel, Word, and online research software.- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.- Accounting degree.
