Negociación Estratégica: Liderar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales de alto valor, actuando como principal punto de contacto legal para socios B2B, proveedores estratégicos y stakeholders internos. Gestión Contractual: Diseñar, redactar y negociar contratos complejos en áreas como alianzas, financiamiento, logística y marketing, garantizando agilidad y solidez legal. Gestión de Riesgos: Identificar y mitigar riesgos fiscales y de PLD, ofreciendo soluciones prácticas en entornos regulatorios cambiantes. Innovación Legal y IA: Impulsar el uso de herramientas de Legal Tech e Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar procesos contractuales y de auditoría. Liderazgo y Mentoría: Brindar guía técnica y desarrollo profesional a abogados Jr., promoviendo una cultura de excelencia dentro del equipo legal. Deseable maestría o posgrado en Derecho Corporativo, Comercial o Financiero. Experiencia de 7 a 12 años en Derecho Corporativo y Contractual. Experiencia comprobable liderando negociaciones B2B de principio a fin. Deseable experiencia en empresas de tecnología, fintech, e-commerce o scale-ups de rápido crecimiento. Dominio del Derecho Mercantil y Contractual con enfoque estratégico y de negocio. Capacidad para identificar riesgos fiscales y de PLD en transacciones. Interés por tecnología e IA; idealmente experiencia con herramientas de Legal Tech . Inglés avanzado (negociación y redacción de contratos). Agilidad y adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos. Visión de negocio y alineación de estrategias legales con objetivos comerciales. Habilidad para negociar acuerdos sólidos y duraderos. Comunicación e influencia efectiva con múltiples stakeholders .
