About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with a strategic vision and solid experience in corporate law to lead key projects involving everything from managing relationships with notaries and public accounting firms to implementing modern legal platforms. Work in a challenging environment where confidentiality and accuracy are essential, while collaborating with various departments to optimize our internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate law projects with a focus on corporate governance and structure.
  • Manage relationships with notaries and public accounting firms.
  • Work on digitalization and document management projects.
  • Collaborate with financial departments to analyze corporate structures.
  • Oversee corporate legal matters.

Requierments

  • Degree in Corporate Law or a related field.
  • Experience in a legal firm or corporate environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience managing legal platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding, and confidential environment.
