We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Data Analytics.****Principal accountabilities**:- Development of data quality models and solutions and advanced analytics, such as predictive models, classification models, and artificial intelligence.- Use statistical techniques to examine data and provide reliable and accurate information that allows decision making; generate information analysis that is aligned with business priorities, development of dashboards and indicators for easy interpretation of data.- Collect data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the maintenance of databases and data systems.- Program data quality rules or criteria that allow the identification of unwanted, incomplete, or inaccurate data that impact data metrics or models- Responsible for the automation of the continuous integration or supply development work lines of a product or operations development service team to promote a culture of continuous improvement.- Responsible for the automation of the continuous development, integration, or supply work lines of a process or service, as well as promoting a culture of continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with all applicable controls and regulations, including the relevant service management standard. Ensure compliance with applicable controls and regulations, including the relevant service management standard.- Ensure compliance with service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time for all solutions provided.- Keep up-to-date and develop expert-level knowledge in current relevant tools, technologies, and areas, such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.- Alignment and compliance on regulations such as data privacy, consent, data residency, and other related topics.Requirements**Technical requirements**:- Languages for data analysis (Python, R).- Structured programming and knowledge of scripts for process automation (Linux, Windows, Shell scripting, Power Shell, etc.)- Database programming (SQL), and use of managers such as Teradata, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, etc.- Visualization, knowledge of dashboard generation, tools such as QlikSense, Excel.- Microsoft software and packages, medium-advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.- English at Medium-High.- El análisis de datos requiere de diferentes habilidades, por mencionar algunas:- DAO atiende o da servicio a las diferentes líneas de negocio o funciones, por lo que un entendimiento de cómo están relacionados los procesos y principalmente los datos entre estos es crucial para tener resultados a las líneas de negocio.- Comprensión de los datos y análisis de estos con herramientas como Python, SQL, Visualización (QLikSense), entre otras. Este tipo de herramientas nos ayuda a entender los datos y sus relaciones, así como generar modelos y estadísticas.- Los modelos o desarrollos deben enviarse o implementarse en un ambiente productivo (automatización de procesos), donde se hace uso de otras herramientas para automatizar como Shell Scripts y Control-M.- Se requiere un monitoreo constante de los procesos en producción, validación y análisis datos obtenidos a través de logs y estadísticas, este tipo de análisis se requiere experiência en Python, Shell Scripts, Visualización.
