Si disfrutas resolver problemas, mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes y asegurarte de que cada detalle esté bajo control, esta oportunidad es para ti Este rol se enfoca en brindar soporte, seguimiento y soluciones efectivas a los clientes que confían en nosotros. Buscamos a alguien con una mente organizada, una comunicación impecable y pasión por el servicio. Lo que harás - Ser el principal punto de contacto para nuestros clientes, asegurando una atención personalizada y de calidad. Dar seguimiento a solicitudes administrativas, reportes y documentación. Resolver incidencias y coordinar con los equipos internos para garantizar que todo fluya sin contratiempos. Elaborar reportes en Excel y mantener actualizada la información de cuentas. Proponer mejoras en los procesos para optimizar la experiencia del cliente. Representar los valores y la calidad de servicio que distinguen a Nextshore. Lo que buscamos - Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Comunicación o afín. 2+ años de experiencia en roles de atención a clientes corporativos, account management o customer success. Experiencia en consultoras de RH o servicios de RH es un gran plus Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel (tablas dinámicas, reportes, análisis básico). Manejo de CRM como Monday, ClickUp, o similares. Persona organizada, empática y con excelente comunicación. Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y orientada al detalle.
