As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you will become a part of our global team. The role is based in Mexico and intended for B2B / Independent contractor cooperation model Act as primary point of contact for customers, providing professional support throughout ongoing commercial cooperation Serve as customer contact for multiple time zones, primarily U.Coordinate closely with sales team and production to support timely and accurate products delivery Perform general administrative and office tasks related to customer and sales support Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales Support Willingness and ability to cooperate on a B2B / independent contractor (professional services) basis Availability to support customers in U.Advanced English proficiency for direct, customer-facing communication Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results without direct supervision Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Collaboration with an international working environment, supporting customers and teams across multiple regions Flexible working hours, with alignment to U.Participation in interesting and diverse international projects
