We’re looking for a hands-on Educational Recruitment Sales Lead to help grow our presence in Spanish-speaking Latin America. This role focuses on driving enrollments and building strong partnerships with K-12 schools. You will work closely with internal teams and school partners to execute strategies, expand our footprint in the region, and ensure program success. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role , not a director-level position. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new opportunities with K-12 schools in LATAM (excluding Brazil). Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, distributors, and educational partners. Support deal execution, follow-up, and ongoing partner engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, registration, academic) to align offerings and drive enrollment. Track pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and report progress on leads, conversions, and forecasts. Participate in virtual meetings and occasional regional visits to ensure partner satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed. Assist senior leadership in achieving regional growth targets. ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree 8 years of Experience in sales, At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development within K-12 schools or similar educational institutions in LATAM. Fluent English and professional Spanish Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in evolving environments Experience using CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and forecasting Proactive, results-oriented, and solutions-focused 🛠 Tools / Technical Skills CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Microsoft Office Suite Project/task management tools 🧠 Soft Skills / Work Style Strong commercial mindset with regional experience Hands-on, “doer” mentality Strategic thinker, but able to execute day-to-day operations Comfortable working across countries and cultures Results-driven, accountable, and detail-oriented 🚀 Join Remoto Workforce If you’re passionate about K-12 education in LATAM, enjoy building partnerships, driving enrollments, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with Remoto Workforce .
