The Role
What will I be doing?
We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our Customer Experience team . Currently, the team is made up of 40 people of different nationalities. We want someone with excellent communication skills, who likes to solve problems and who always gives the best answer to the client. If you are looking for a challenge, join our Family
Your functions will be:
- Solve complaints and queries via ticket/phone within the expected time limits (SLA).
- Control and follow up any bugs with the operations team and the client.
- Lead implementations sessions successfully. Provide a wonderful first set up experience with new clients from end to end (emails, session/s, and feedback)
- Retain companies under 49 seats . This is one of the most important tasks where you can apply everything learned in the Customer Experience world.
Requirements
We look for ambitious people who want to start a career in Customer Experience. We look for people who can work in the LATAM Market . Our office is in Mexico City.
Required skills:
- Self-motivated and autonomous.
- Great multitasker.
- Flexible, fast learner ( you should get easily familiar with software systems)
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
- Native level of Spanish
- Previous experience in Customer Support/Experience
