Extendeal es la plataforma de compra inteligente para farmacias que está transformando la industria farmacéutica. Nuestra tecnología permite, a dueños y responsables de farmacias, conseguir los mejores precios y hacer sus operaciones diarias de forma eficiente.

Con impacto real en Latinoamérica_, estamos buscando un Customer Success Specialist con disponibilidad horaria a partir del mediodía ubicado en CDMX._

**¿Qué desafíos te esperan?**
- Acompañar y mejorar la estrategia para generar adopción de producto y retención de los clientes activos.
- Implementar y optimizar procesos actuales.
- Entablar relaciones de confianza en base a entender los desafíos y necesidades de cada cliente y ofrecer un soporte sobresaliente.
- Interactuar de forma continua con los clientes para asegurar que cualquier posibilidad de churn sea identificada y mitigada lo antes posible.
- Trabajar de cerca a los equipos de Sales y de Producto visibilizando los principales desafíos que vas observando de parte de los clientes.
- Brindar soporte a nuestros clientes en el manejo de la plataforma.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Profesionales de Administración, Marketing, Comunicación o afines (deseable).
- Experiência de al menos 1 año en roles de Customer Success (excluyente).
- Experiência en empresas startups (excluyente).
- Priorizaremos perfiles con fuerte orientación al servicio, trabajo en equipo, habilidades de organización y fuertemente metódicos (excluyente).
- Buscaremos perfiles con capacidad de generar confianza y transmitir optimismo para generar relaciones positivas con nuestros clientes (excluyente).
- Experiência en el manejo de herramientas de CRM (ideal Hubspot) y gestión de proyectos (deseable).
- La posición reporta a Head of Customer Success.
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrido (3 días de home office, 2 días de oficina).
- Horario: 12 a 9 pm.
