Sales Virtual Assistant (Bilingual – English & Spanish) Industry: Permanent Makeup and Paramedical Tattoo Studio We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on managing warm leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into satisfied clients. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a dynamic, client-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage and convert warm leads from academy inquiries and service prospects. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM (Go High Level experience is a plus). Participate in regular sales training sessions led by Daly, our founder and Master Artist. Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals. Qualifications 3+ years of proven sales experience (client references required). Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Bilingual – Fluency in English and Spanish (required). It is preferred that candidates own a Mac computer or Apple device (MacBook, iMac, iPad, or iPhone). Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus but not mandatory. Basic administrative skills with prior sales support experience. Schedule Part time, schedule to be discussed 20-25 hours per week.
