We have an exciting opportunity for the position of: Retail Commercial Director 🎯 Position Objective: Lead the Retail commercial strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, profitability, customer service quality, and portfolio growth through logistics, cash processing, and valuables distribution solutions. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the Retail commercial strategy. Lead Associate Director teams and Key Account Managers. Develop growth, pricing, and promotional strategies. Manage strategic accounts and C-Level relationships. Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities. Ensure effective sales management, collections, and customer satisfaction (NPS). 👤 Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles. Experience in large-scale sales and matrix organizations. Proven leadership and strategic vision. Fluent in English.
