Company Description
At KEO México, we are looking for Business Advisor - Account Development.
As part of KEO’s expansion, we are strengthening our B2B Division in Mexico , a key growth market that will serve as a strategic hub for regional commercial development.

The Business Advisor – Account Development will be responsible for driving growth and performance across an assigned portfolio of mid- and large-sized clients, focusing on relationship deepening, cross-selling, and revenue maximization.

The position reports directly to the Commercial Director and collaborates closely with regional teams and HQ.

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B clients , ensuring sustainable growth and strong performance metrics.
Provide financial and business advisory support to clients, helping them optimize working capital through KEO’s platforms.
Monitor account health, portfolio quality, and delinquency ratios, proposing corrective actions when needed.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports to senior management.
Participate in commercial strategy discussions and support the expansion of the B2B division as a business advisor for new verticals or segments.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering .
~7+ years of professional experience in B2B relationship management, financial services, or commercial development.
~ Strong financial analysis and business advisory skills. (Fluent in Spanish and level B2 in English (written and spoken).
~ Logical Reasoning and Data-Driven Decision Making
