Actualmente buscamos a una persona motivada, metódica, comprometida y súper orientada al cliente para que se una a nuestro equipo como Customer Success. Será el o la responsable de llevar la relación y fidelización con nuestros cliente.

Funciones del cargo
  • Mantener relaciones políticas y consultivas periódicas con todos los clientes que estén dentro de su cartera, reconociendo los User Persona en cada uno de ellos.
  • Gestionar de forma oportuna todas las retenciones de la cartera asignada.
  • Identificar y ejecutar, con el apoyo del equipo respectivamente, proyectos de mejora dentro de los clientes carterizados con el objetivo de generar lock in y potenciar el uso de la plataforma.
  • Actualización diaria de la información relevante de cada uno de sus clientes en CRM.
  • Apoyo constante y eficiente a la gestión de la mesa de ayuda en el caso de ser necesario.
  • Feedback de las recomendaciones de cada uno de sus clientes respecto al proceso y producto.
Requerimientos del cargo
  • Conocimiento de Excel avanzado demostrable. (Filtros, Buscar C, formato condicional, tablas dinámicas).
  • Alta capacidad de análisis de datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales (oral y escrita).
  • Vocación al servicio y orientación al cliente.
  • Disfrutar de las relaciones interpersonales y el trabajo en equipo.
  • Tener la capacidad de autogestión y ser proactivo.
  • Manejo efectivo de relaciones con clientes.
  • 1 año de experiencia al menos en puestos de KAM, CSM o afines.
