Job Description

Our Customer Success department is looking to add a top-notch engineer to be part of our implementation team in Mexico. We are searching for a talented, creative, and analytical persona to join us for a full-time basis.

  • Assistance to Customer Success Manager for implementation services
  • Follow milestones of the implementation process, ensure the Project’s success
  • System installation and Configurations
  • Performing Data Integration & Management of Database processes
  • Monitor & Maintain the system process, ensure full system functionality
  • Provide 1 st tier Support, Coordinate with Client team (Business & IT)
  • Problem solving & Troubleshooting for complex technical issues
  • Collaboration within the team and across our global departments
Skills & Experience
  • Local residence in Mexico (CDMX)
  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written – Must
  • BSc/BA with a technological background – Must
  • Proficiency and Experience in MS SQL experience – Must
  • Proven capabilities in Excel – Must
  • Programming Knowledge in Python – Advantage
  • Knowledge/Experience with ERP systems/Information systems or Supply Chain
  • Familiarity of the Retail market and environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, technical and IT capabilities
