Propósito del puesto :

El Brand Excellence Lead es quien lidera la preparación e implementación del proceso de brand planning anual de las marcas core, así como del proceso de lanzamientos de la LOC, en conjunto con los equipos crosfuncionales, maximizando el potencial de cada marca.

Este rol garantiza el seguimiento y la medición de los KPIs de cada marca, para alcanzar los objetivos corporativos del año fiscal.

Responsable de brindar soporte con un énfasis en el empoderamiento (accountability) de los equipos cros funcionales, así como de desarrollar y homologar las cde brand excellence de la organización.

Como va a contribuir :

Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de Launch Excellence y Customer Excellence de GEM para garantizar la alineación estratégica en los productos Growth & Launch .

Liderar la preparación y seguimiento del proceso de junto con los equipos cross-funcionales. (e.g Business Case, LAW, L-24, L-6, etc.)

Liderar la preparación y seguimiento del proceso de junto con los equipos cross-funcionales. (e.g Business review, business cases, SAM & GEM presentation)

Guiar a la BU responsable del lanzamiento, para identificar los imperativos estratégicos, factores claves de éxito, alocación de recursos y preparación del plan de pre y post lanzamiento.

Garantizar el análisis y manejo adecuado de la data (Patient Journey, Patient Flow, mercado, competidores), así como el entendimiento del entorno y análisis de Gaps.

Incorporar metologías ágiles e innovadoras que sean consistentes en toda la organización.

Garantizar la actualización de la herramienta de excelencia en lanzamiento, fortaleciendo el empoderamiento de cada una de las áreas funcionales involucradas en el proceso, en tiempo y forma.

Proporcionar asesorías sobre los procesos de guías y estándares para la correcta administración de proyectos y Brand planning con el fin de tener un control de los avances y performance de las marcas.

Mantener actualizado los reportes de los KPI s del portafolio de lanzamientos y core brands.

Coordinar la estandarización de la gestión de proyectos, la forma de trabajar y la comunicación de los mismos dentro de la organización, así como la mejora continua.

Conocimientos, Experiencia :

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresa, Sistemas, Ing. Industrial o carreras afin.

Manejo de Paquetería office.

5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos crosfuncionales exitosos, preferentemente en la Industria Farmacéutica.

Capacidad para liderar y coordinar equipos crosfuncionales. Trabajo en equipo.

Sólidas habilidades de comunicación para promover la retroalimentación efectiva y el intercambio de información.

Habilidades y conocimientos en la gestión de proyectos y gestión del tiempo.

Conocimientos de herramientas de agilidad e innovación. Priorización.

Anticipación y resolución de problemas.

Dominio del idioma inglés.

Experiencia en liderar, gestionar y ejecutar proyectos de alto impacto.

Experiencia liderando equipos multifuncionales.
