Company Description At KEO México, we are looking for Account Acquisition Executives who will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new business accounts through a consultative sales approach, assessing working capital needs and presenting financial solutions aligned with KEO’s credit model. Manages the full acquisition cycle and actively ensures proper operational performance, line utilization, and timely collections for the assigned portfolio, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with established internal norms, policies, and procedures. Role Description Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new business accounts through a consultative sales approach, assessing working capital needs and presenting financial solutions aligned with KEO’s credit model. Manages the full acquisition cycle and actively ensures proper operational performance, line utilization, and timely collections for the assigned portfolio. Main Responsibilities: • Actively prospect companies through consultative outreach and market intelligence. • Conduct initial financial assessments (cash flow, debt structure, working capital cycle). • Present KEO’s financing solution with technical clarity and consultative depth. • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with disciplined follow-up. • Coordinate the credit evaluation process with internal teams (Risk, Legal, Operations). • Collect and pre-review financial and legal documents before credit submission. • Build trusted relationships with CFOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers. • Negotiate commercial terms under KEO’s guidelines. • Ensure proper onboarding and first-transaction activation. • Monitor portfolio performance by ensuring • Identify market segments and industries with high acquisition potential Profile Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related with Financial Acumen. (Must)• 7+ years in consultative sales, business lending, SME/corporate banking, or fintech. (Must)• Solid Hunting skills, self-motivated, with a short-term tactical vision and confidence in closing the sale. (Must)• Proven experience in consultative sales, diagnosing and creating value for the customer. (Must)• Having a client portfolio of different business segments. (desirable)• Technical skills: Excel, CRM, financial statement interpretation, working capital analysis. Highly organized and results-focused professional. • Competencies: persuasive communication, analytical thinking, negotiation, operational discipline, results-oriented mindset, cross-functional collaboration -Willing to Travel 10% .
