We are growing the team super-fast, and to achieve our goals at Mindtools Kineo , we are looking for an Account Executive in México. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth across México región. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role requiring client engagement, switching between value-based selling and solution selling and having a strong commercial acumen. You'll sell the complete range of Mindtools and Kineo solutions, including digital content platforms, assessments, skill builders, enterprise solutions, and professional services. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline generation to proposal and close, supported by a collaborative team across marketing, product, and customer success. It is a fast-paced, results-oriented environment that rewards energy, initiative, and the ability to get things done. What will you be doing? Identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities across México Building and executing a territory and account plan aligned to company growth targets Self-generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account identification Leading end-to-end consultative sales processes, from discovery and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and close Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, both virtual and in-person Managing accurate pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Enablement to drive effective go-to-market execution Maintaining excellent customer engagement and being a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey Sharing market insights and opportunities with the wider Growth and Product teams We can't live without... Proven track record in B2B new business sales, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or L&D/HR solutions Strong track record of new business acquisition and meeting sales targets Confident in engaging C-level and senior HR/LD buyers with a consultative, value-led approach Skilled in outbound sales and developing pipeline from scratch Experience designing and presenting complex solutions in competitive sales processes Fluent in English Salesforce or equivalent CRM proficiency A natural self-starter who brings energy, urgency, and pace to their work Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving commercial environment Resilient and resourceful, thrives in a high-performance sales culture
