En Clip estamos buscando un Merchant Acquisition Executive, Large Market para unirse a nuestro equipo.

En este nuevo reto, serás responsable de la adquisición de clientes (Merchants) dentro del segmento Middle Market Top Accounts; darás seguimiento a todas las etapas del ciclo de ventas (360°), desde generación de Leads, contacto en frío, negociación y cierre, e incluso tendrás oportunidad de realizar seguimiento post-venta con tus Merchants, lo cual afianzará nuestro principal objetivo: promover la inclusión financiera

Tus actividades en el día a día te permitirán:

  1. Cierre de negociaciones dirigidas al segmento de Top Accounts, a través de venta consultiva. 
  2. Aplicar tus habilidades de negociación mediante el manejo de objeciones
  3. Adquirir conocimientos valiosos sobre productos y servicios Clip y la industria Fintech
  4. Tomar decisiones con base en datos duros (data-driven)
  5. Alcanzar tus metas, construyendo una carrera exitosa con oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento.
  6. Afrontar y satisfacer las demandas del mercado actual, promoviendo la cultura de inclusión financiera en nuestro país, ayudando a los negocios a consolidarse.
  7. Fortalecer tu experiencia en la Industria Fintech, creando #LoExtraordinario

Education Level & Work Experien:

perie

  • Licenciatura en: Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
  • Experiencia: al menos 5 años en Ventas Corporativas, cerrando negociaciones y acompañando en el proceso de implementación, maduración y retención de cuentas. 
  • Mandatorio: Generación de Leads desde cero /prospección en frío, venta consultiva, negociación, manejo de objeciones y cierre de ventas.
  • Necesario: seguimiento post-venta.
  • Experiencia en manejo de Pipeline, que aseguren la entrega de resultados tangibles de manera mensual y trimestral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Atraer y generar nuevos Merchants basados en los parámetros de facturación del segmento de Top Accounts.
  • Proveer soluciones y generar relaciones de confianza con tomadores de decisión clave en el sector corporativo a nivel Directivo / C -level (Finance, Ops, MKT, etc) que nos lleven al cierre de acuerdos comerciales.
  • Originar una cartera robusta de clientes potenciales desde cero. 
  • Interacción con stakeholders de la compañía que lleven a entregar soluciones a nuestros Merchants, priorizando revenue, rentabilidad y escalabilidad. 
  • Apoyo de manera local para reuniones comerciales. 
  • Plantear soluciones acorde a las necesidades del Merchant (venta consultiva).
  • Desarrollo de cuentas para incrementar ventas, expansiones de nuevos negocios e índices de retención. 
  • Registro y seguimiento de actividades en CRM

Technical knowledge:

  • Venta consultiva
  • Diseño de estrategias para prospección y negociación
  • Manejo de CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk)
  • Uso de herramientas Windows y G-Suite.
  • Diseño y gestión de agenda acorde a objetivos mensuales
  • Capacidad de negociación y cierre de ventas
  • Adaptación al cambio en un ambiente dinámico.
  • Aprendizaje mediante y durante la ejecución de actividades.
