En Clip estamos buscando un Merchant Acquisition Executive para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Queremos a un rockstar en Ventas como tú En este nuevo reto, serás responsable de la adquisición de clientes (Merchants) dentro del segmento de Patnerships CNP (Online Payments); darás seguimiento a todas las etapas del ciclo de ventas (360°), desde generación de Leads, contacto en frío, negociación y cierre, e incluso tendrás oportunidad de realizar seguimiento post-venta con tus Merchants, lo cual afianzará nuestro principal objetivo: promover la inclusión financiera
El Rol:
- Venta de productos de card not present (CNP Online Payments) a potenciales clientes de todo tipo de industria.
- Fomentar relaciones de confianza con nuestros Merchants por medio de seguimiento 1:1
- Aplicar tus habilidades de venta y negociación
- Manejo de objeciones durante el proceso de venta
- Adquirir conocimientos valiosos sobre productos y servicios Clip y la industria Fintech
- Tomar decisiones con base en datos duros (data-driven)
- Alcanzar tus metas, construyendo una carrera exitosa con oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento.
- Afrontar y satisfacer las demandas del mercado actual, promoviendo la cultura de inclusión financiera en nuestro país, ayudando a los negocios a consolidarse.
- Fortalecer tu experiência en la Industria Fintech, creando #LoExtraordinario
Educación y Experiência:
- Licenciatura
- Experiência: al menos 3-5 años en Ventas B2B (Idealmente en el sector Fintech y/o eCommerce ).
- Mandatorio: Trabajo en equipo, Team player, Excelente actitud ante los retos, Habilidad probada para el cierre de cuentas, Generación de Leads desde cero /prospección en frío, venta consultiva, negociación, manejo de objeciones, cierre de ventas y seguimiento post venta..
- Deseable: Lic. Tec de Monterrey y/o Ibero, Maestría es un super plus
- Experiência en ciclos de venta enterprise y SMB, (deseable periodos cortos entre 25-35 días, desde contacto inicial hasta cierre). Inglés avanzado.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Generación de leads desde cero
- Seguimiento y cierre de leads existentes en cartera
- Plantear soluciones acorde a las necesidades del Merchant (venta consultiva).
- Registro y seguimiento de actividades en CRM (Salesforce y/o Excel)
- Seguimiento de funnel de ventas para el alcance de objetivos de CNP /Partnerhships.
- Alcanzar o exceder el 100% de los KPIs del rol.
- Aseguramiento de la activación de la cuenta, una vez adquirida, impulsando transacciones.
- Generar relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
