We are currently seeking a Business Development Support Specialist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls. This role plays a key part in supporting our Business Development Executives by handling outreach efforts, managing CRM data, scheduling appointments, and conducting lead research. Job Duties Make outbound calls to community association board members to introduce our services and schedule appointments for the Business Development Executives (BDEs). Conduct follow-up calls on marketing or referral-generated leads with a courteous and professional tone. Enter and maintain accurate client and lead data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Track and report on outreach activities, appointment status, and results. Research potential clients using tools like BeenVerified and other online resources. Identify key decision-makers within associations and compile outreach target lists. Prepare and send introductory emails, meeting confirmations, and follow-ups. Assist with the preparation of sales materials and presentations. Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks and special projects. Qualifications To perform this role successfully, the individual must demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and professionalism. The following qualifications are desired: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable using a dialer and speaking directly with decision-makers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred. Experience using BeenVerified or similar data tools is a plus.
