Dealer Development Manager We are looking for a Dealer Development Manager to strengthen our national network and support the growth of our brand in Mexico. This role combines project management, dealer compliance, and network expansion, ensuring that every dealership meets our brand standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience. General Objective of the Position Lead the development, evaluation, and expansion of the dealer network by overseeing construction projects, ensuring full compliance with brand standards, and managing strategic partnerships with dealer groups to support operational and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee dealership construction, remodels, and facility compliance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to brand guidelines. Review, analyze, and approve architectural and technical dealership projects. Ensure adherence to corporate identity, image standards, and operational guidelines. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealer groups aligned with brand strategy and market potential. Strengthen relationships with existing dealers, supporting operational performance and business planning. Conduct performance evaluations, consolidate KPIs, and prepare executive reports for decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Aftersales, CX, Marketing, Training) during dealer visits and network initiatives. Run market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, relocation, or improvement. Business Plan Presentations to Top Management Builder Support Supplier Follow-up Requirements Strong knowledge of dealer operations, facility planning, and brand standards compliance. Experience managing construction timelines and coordinating with suppliers or architectural firms. Ability to analyze KPIs, financial indicators, and market data. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Availability for frequent national travel. Education Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas. Experience 5+ years in dealer development, facility compliance, network expansion, or related automotive functions. Experience reviewing architectural layouts and coordinating dealership infrastructure projects. Technical Knowledge Architectural design review, corporate identity standards, and layout evaluation. Project management for dealership construction. KPI analysis, reporting dashboards, and operational assessment. Tools: AutoCAD, project management platforms, MS Office.
