Estamos buscando un Sales Development Representative (SDR) para unirse a nuestro equipo comercial. En este rol tendrás un papel fundamental en la generación de reuniones comerciales con clientes potenciales, creando un pipeline de ventas sano que permita alcanzar las metas comerciales de la organización.

Sobre ti

Eres un/una profesional con más de 1 año de experiencia en la función de SDR/BDR. Eres una persona organizada y que tiene todas las ganas de contactar al máximo de clientes potenciales, no desistiendo nunca. Eres un/una profesional curioso/a y que se dedica a entender a profundidad el producto que está vendiendo, así como las características de los clientes potenciales. Buscas estar en un ambiente dinámico y con un ritmo rápido de trabajo.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Prospectar clientes potenciales a través de diferentes canales como email, Linkedin, whatsapp y teléfono, proporcionando información muy clara y atractiva sobre Kontempo para generar juntas de venta/demos.

Identificar clientes potenciales a través de herramientas como Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, entre otras.

Crear y mantener un pipeline de reuniones robusto para alimentar el funnel de ventas constantemente.

Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y de marketing para elaborar campañas de valor que generen resultados sólidos.

Mantener registros actualizados y precisos en el sistema CRM.

Demostrar que conoces profundamente la propuesta de valor de Kontempo.

Participar en capacitaciones para mejorar y adquirir nuevas habilidades.

Este rol requiere

1-2 años de experiencia en la función de SDR/BDR, vendiendo servicios de tecnología o SaaS a grandes empresas.

Experiencia con CRMs.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, incluyendo habilidades escritas, verbales y de presentación.

Capacidad de trabajar de manera eficaz y colaborativa con equipos multifuncionales.

Excelentes habilidades de organización, gestión del tiempo y priorización.
