This Specialist is responsible for spearheading the business plan and strategy development for Nissan, with a primary focus on delivering value to both customers and the brand. This role involves direct oversight of monthly financial closes, prepare reports for senior executives at both Nissan and INFINITI to support decision-making processes, tracking relevant aftersales KPIs, and taking the lead in developing comprehensive business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze implemented business strategies and plans on a monthly basis to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Ensuring effective communication with overseas teams and local functions to facilitate collaboration and alignment in achieving business objectives.

  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales activities, and providing detailed reports on monthly financial closures, highlighting areas of success and areas needing attention.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports on sales performance, including both sell-in and sell-out metrics, to provide insights and support informed decision-making by senior executives at Nissan.

  • Propose initiatives aimed at increasing profitability and enhancing the brand positioning.

_Minimum Requirements_

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Previous Work Experience

  • 3 years of experience in finance, administration, or related areas.

  • Experience in preparing presentations and tracking KPIs.

  • P&L preparation and analysis.

Language:

Advanced level of English.

Computer Skills:

  • Excel - Advanced ( pivot tables, data cross-referencing and conditional formatting).

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point).

Must have:

  • Analytical critical thinking

  • Ability to express ideas clearly in both Spanish and English without difficulty.

  • Skill in processing information efficiently.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA), Tableau, and Thinkcell.
