Host weekly & monthly Zoom check-ins Guide clients through AI systems, workflows, and marketing rollouts Follow up with inbound leads via Slack, SMS, email, and DMs Qualify prospects using scripts and frameworks Hit weekly booking and performance KPIs GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, automations, scheduling Slack – internal communication & client channels Zoom – check-ins, support calls, onboarding Experience in client success, sales, customer support, or appointment setting Bonus: Experience with UGC creation, social media management, or content production Extra bonus if you've worked in coaching, digital marketing, or HVAC/home services Fully remote with a fast-paced, supportive team
