Tus retos en el equipo serán:
  • Fungir como enlace entre los equipos de Servicio al Cliente, Producto, Tech y otros stakeholders; actuar como socio de confianza en la resolución de problemas.

  • Sintetizar los problemas que surgen en Servicio al cliente y trabajar para resolver las causas fundamentales.

  • Realizar y ejecutar proyectos basados en análisis de datos, investigación.

  • Identificar brechas dentro del equipo, tomar la iniciativa en todos los proyectos y asegurarse de que se prioricen y completen. Reconocer cuándo un proyecto necesita ser implementado, cuándo necesita ser cambiado y si es necesario.

  • Entender todos los flujos de trabajo de Servicio al cliente, ser capaz de hacer ajustes, implementar cambios y mejoras.

Requisitos:
  • 3+ años de experiencia en soporte/experiencia directa con el cliente o roles orientados al cliente en SaaS.

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de un equipo directo de atención al cliente, con al menos uno de esos años apoyando una plataforma SAAS.

  • Capacidad para analizar datos, crear ideas y presentar esos hallazgos a stakeholders de manera efectiva.

  • Habilidades de escritura

  • Capacidad para trabajar entre equipos para resolver problemas de clientes

  • Experiencia trabajando estrechamente con ingenieros de software en errores y Product Managers en nuevos features.

  • Capacidad para presentar las necesidades de los clientes y comunicar la capacidad de Skydropx para atender esas necesidades.

  • Experiencia con herramientas como Google Apps, Slack, Zendesk/HubSpot, Figma, Jira, etc.
