Capita Works is currently seeking a Customer Service & Tech Support Specialist with exceptional skills to work with one of our clients who specialize in selling health and personal well-being products and services. The company also provides nutrition and healthy lifestyle counseling services in addition to online training programs designed to assist individuals in achieving their health and wellness objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues on ClickUp.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to m anagement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical support
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Completely fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to actively listen, ask clear and concise questions, and respond clearly and effectively.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate to solve problems and improve the customer experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and customer needs.
