Supply Planner – Rappi (Retail & Grocery Operations) Ubicación: CDMX En Rappi estamos reimaginando cómo las personas compran su súper y reciben productos ultra-rápido. Para lograrlo, necesitamos un Supply Planner con mentalidad analítica, obsesión por el detalle y pasión por construir procesos escalables en un ambiente de alto impacto. Este rol es clave para asegurar disponibilidad , eficiencia , buen uso del working capital y la mejor experiencia para miles de usuarios cada día. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Como Supply Planner serás el/la responsable del end-to-end de planeación de inventarios para nuestras categorías y dark stores, asegurando disponibilidad al menor costo posible. 1. Aseguramiento de Disponibilidad y Forecasting - Construir y actualizar el forecast de demanda por categoría, SKU y tienda. Mantener indicadores clave como: SWA / Service With Availability AVL / Availability Level AOV impactado por OOS Anticipar quiebres y ejecutar planes de acción con Compras, Comercial y Operaciones. 2. Planeación de Inventarios y Reposiciones - Definir ROQ , políticas de inventario, días objetivo ( DOI ) y niveles de cobertura. Ejecutar la rutina de F9 & Transfers , garantizando: Transfers fill rate Órdenes abiertas en tiempo Delayed open transfers con resolución rápida Monitorear indicadores de working capital y optimización de inventario. 3. Control de Movimiento y Calidad de Inventario - Gestionar logística reversa y eficiencias en almacenes/dark stores. Reducir shrinkage , mermas y desviaciones por caducidad o rotación. Administrar no-movers / slow movers con propuestas de liquidación o sustitución. 4. Optimización y Análisis Avanzado - Construir dashboards y reportes semanales/mensuales. Proponer mejoras operativas con base en data: Rotación Obsolescencia Cost-to-serve Capacidad de almacén Interactuar con equipos cross: Comercial, Operaciones, Finance, Data & Tech. 5. Relación con Stakeholders - Participar en el proceso de S&OP asegurando alineación entre demanda, supply y metas comerciales. Ser el "owner" de disponibilidades para cada categoría. Alinear estrategias de inventario con proveedores estratégicos. ¿Qué buscamos?- +2 años de experiencia en planeación de demanda, supply planning o replenishment , idealmente en: Retail de alimentos E-commerce Quick commerce / compañías tipo Rappi, Uber Grocery, JOKR, Cornershop Manejo sólido de Excel / Sheets. Habilidades analíticas avanzadas. Conocimientos deseables en: SQL Query building PowerBI / Looker Entendimiento de métricas de inventario y supply chain. Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders. Soft Skills & Culture Fit - Solver & Owner: Te apropias de problemas y los resuelves rápido. Bias to action: Tomas decisiones con data.
