We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with an emphasis on paid search and Google platforms with 2+ years of experience to join our team Proficient in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads and provide relevant insight, reports, strategies, trends, and spending. Please only apply if you have hands-on experience. SEO experience is a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and optimize ROI for B2B and B2C advertisers. Maintain and monitor a full platform of digital marketing services that start from the top of the funnel, all the way down to a sale and customer retention: Google Ads (All Placements) Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics 4 Lead Generation strategies including Remarketing, Geofencing etc. Marketing ROI Analytics & Reporting Microsoft, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn a plus Assist with Google Tag Manager tracking for 1:1 conversions Execute and closely monitor campaigns while continuously making improvements Develop strategies to maximize return on investment Provide and interpret detailed reports on trends, spend and suggestions for the client and the agency's account team Communicate trends and patterns to the account team with the client's general marketing efforts in mind; Participate in proposal generating when digital marketing is part of the scope SEO experience a plus Qualifications: 2+ years of digital marketing experience Extreme attention to detail Deadline-oriented and self-starter attitude Up to date on the latest trends and tools Excellent communication skills (you will need to concisely interpret your reports and recommend strategies for clients and our internal team) Strong project management skills Technical skills: Google Ads Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 Microsoft Ads Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin (Social) Ads Programmatic Display Advertising Digital marketing strategies Reporting Familiar with Mac G Suite Experience with e-commerce or real estate marketing is a plus (not necessary) SEO experience a plus Education and experience: Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience; Marketing or Computer Sciences Bachelor's degree is preferred. Your Goal: Ensure our paid search campaigns perform at a high level and deliver value to our clients. Communicate with the account team and clients (as needed) in a concise and comprehensive manner Be a cool team player Pay $1,000 - $2,000 USD Per Month
