We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Sales Specialist based in Mexico to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. You will act as a key link between our solutions and our clients' needs, primarily focusing on the North American market. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual presentations and demos to showcase how our products/services solve specific client pain points. Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle within the CRM—from initial discovery calls to final contract negotiations. Market Expansion: Identify emerging trends in the market to suggest new sales strategies or product improvements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to encourage renewals and referrals. Requirements Language: Near-native or Bilingual English proficiency (C1/C2 level) is essential for daily communication with US clients. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (SaaS or Service industry experience is a plus). Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, and sales intelligence tools like Apollo.io or ZoomInfo. Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a "hunter" mindset.
