Job Title: Sales Specialist, Sales & Events SystemsLocation: Remote (Mexico)Introduction: Join our team as a Sales Specialist, Sales & Events Systems, where you will play a pivotal role in leading and training our Sales & Events Operations colleagues during new hotel openings and the delivery of new offerings globally. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate closely with the broader Global Hotel Operational Services Teams and internal stakeholders within Global Operations, contributing significantly to our status as a leading hospitality company. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our inclusive collection of hotels meets and exceeds customer expectations through efficient system adoption and business practices.Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the introduction, training, and deployment of proprietary sales and events systems, such as Envision and Delphi, for our Inclusive Collection hotels. - Execute virtual and in-person training sessions to guide on-property teams through system adoption processes, ensuring they meet market segment needs and team dynamics. - Develop comprehensive training materials, including slide decks, trainers' notes, and videos, for use by the Sales & Events team, hotels, and vendors. - Collaborate with on-property Directors of Sales & Marketing, Directors of Sales, Operational Leaders, and General Managers to translate business objectives into practical system use cases. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining regular communication with internal teams and vendor counterparts to discuss project needs and progress. - Travel up to 50%-75% to support hotel operations and ensure successful system implementation and training.Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel group sales and events management. - Strong understanding and experience with hotel application usage and its business impact. - Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Preferred: Experience with hotel sales and events in Latin America.Tools and Technologies: - Proficiency in sales platforms such asEnvisionand Delphi. - Familiarity with hospitality management systems and tools relevant to sales and events operations.Contract Details: - Temporary contract with an expected duration of 18 months. - Full-time position. - Remote position with significant travel requirements.
