We are looking for a Legal Affairs Manager Legal Counsel: Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate transactions, contracts, intellectual property, and compliance matters to senior leadership and business units. Tax Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. Manage tax audits and disputes with regulatory authorities. Compliance & Risk Management: Develop and implement robust compliance programs to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations. Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, including licensing deals, joint ventures, and partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely among internal areas, such as Finance, Marketing, Commercial Divisions to address legal challenges and support business growth initiatives. Mentor and lead a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development. Legal degree or equivalent; Specialties on Business, Corporate and Government Relations is a plus. ~10+ years of experience in corporate law, tax and litigation within a large multinational organization or law firm. ~Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and delivering successful outcomes in high-stakes cases. ~ Proven experience and expertise in Tax subjects and Tax litigations as well.
