Our target clients are professional traders including, retail brokers, hedge funds, professional clients, family offices and corporates. Your clients can trade on margin, or via our prime brokerage product, or trade on an agency basis. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients, understanding their unique trading needs and offering tailored solutions. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Proactively reach out to prospective institutional clients and foster partnerships. Market Knowledge & Expertise: Stay up-to-date with global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, central bank policies, and geopolitical events that impact currency markets. Offer market insights to clients and position products effectively. Product Offering: Provide clients with a range of products. Understand and communicate the advantages and risks of these products to clients. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Trading, Risk, and Research to deliver optimal solutions and address client needs. Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Market Analysis & Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates, trade ideas, and analysis on the market, including technical and fundamental insights. Prepare internal reports on client activity, market conditions and business performance. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities are compliant with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant market rules. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all trade and client interactions meet legal and regulatory standards. Key Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in financial markets, or prior sales experience with a keen interest in Financial markets and trading platforms must be evidenced. Education: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. Relevant certifications are a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of the Financial market and trading products. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights. Proficient in using trading platforms, market analysis tools, and CRM systems. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments. Working Conditions: Full-time, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry conferences.
