We Embrace I.D.E.A. and are committed to fostering a culture of performance and inclusivity.**Role: Business Development Executive****Responsibilities**:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and serve as the primary point of contact- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful execution of new business initiatives- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to achieve profitable outcomes- Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue growth, customer retention, and new business opportunities**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the e-commerce industry- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
