We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations and key initiatives across our global offices in Europe, the Americas, and APAC. Manage HR programs across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding.
Draft employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance across global teams.
Manage global HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and a positive experience for all employees.
Generate HR reports and insights, including employee data, workforce trends, and payroll-related metrics, to inform business decisions.
Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or similar HR role.
~ Experience supporting HR operations in Europe or North America; global experience strongly preferred.
~ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
