The company's proprietary Blade Battery, cost-efficient EV platforms and record sales of 4.27 million new-energy vehicles in 2024 underpin its global market leadership and mission to "cool the earth by 1 °C" About the Role Sales and Market Research Manager Responsibilities Market research: Track trends, macro policies, and prices in the passenger car market, analyze competitive patterns and user behavior, and generate business insights. Business analysis: Track key indicators of departments, analyze business performance, and generate insights to support strategic goals. Public opinion collection: Regularly collect user evaluations, public opinion trends, and market investment intelligence of BYD and its competitors. Channel management: Visit overseas stores to collect management information, and organize cross departmental sharing and meetings as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above,with over 10 years of experience in politics, policy, economics, industry analysis, and enterprise research. Experience in multinational automobile manufacturers or automotive related consulting firms is preferred. Required Skills Has strong abilities in information synthesis and data analysis Proficient in EXCEL, PPT, SQL, and proficient in using data software such as SPSS and KNIME is preferred Proficient in English Strong sense of responsibility, strong self drive, and strong ability to withstand pressure Preferred Skills Experience in multinational automobile manufacturers or automotive related consulting firms Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
