As a member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for owning the recruiting process across various technical teams, working in close partnership with a team that specializes in hiring web3 talent. In this role, we are looking for someone with full lifecycle recruiting experience for technical roles across engineering and product teams, preferably in the blockchain space. Additionally, we’re looking for a strong partner who will guide and advise senior leaders (VP and Directors) as they build out their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Chainlink Labs, and will play a key role in building the company's technical team.

Your Impact
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders of technical teams to identify, attract, and hire top engineering and product talent
  • Own and manage the interview process to ensure that all candidates are evaluated in an objective and consistent manner
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for all candidates
  • Deliver on hiring goals and elevate the talent function’s ability to land top talent
About You
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, blockchain developers, DevOps engineers and product managers
  • Proven experience hiring at scale and across multiple teams in close partnership with senior technical leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in developing and implementing recruiting strategies focused on building diverse candidate pipelines
  • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to ensure that Chainlink Labs remains competitive in the blockchain technology industry.
  • Experience recruiting for web3 projects is highly preferred
  • Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and a strong desire to learn and develop knowledge in the web3 space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to hold a flexible approach and work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
