Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only) Time Zone: Central Time Zone (CT) We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled financial services firm that partners with founders and CEOs of high-growth businesses in the U.You will play a key role in expanding the company's network by connecting with potential partners, prospects, and thought leaders, while contributing ideas to continuously improve outreach strategies and processes. Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels. Track and organize outreach activities using CRM and prospecting tools. 2–5 years of proven outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in accounting, CFO services, or B2B professional services. ~ Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach tools, email automation platforms (e.g., Proven success in prospecting and business development. ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2). ~ Experience contributing to process development in early-stage or scaling companies.
