Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates only) Time Zone: Central Time Zone (CT) Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month About the Role: We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled financial services firm that partners with founders and CEOs of high-growth businesses in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys building genuine relationships, and feels comfortable operating in an autonomous, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in expanding the company's network by connecting with potential partners, prospects, and thought leaders, while contributing ideas to continuously improve outreach strategies and processes. This is more than a lead-generation role: you will have real ownership over your pipeline, exposure to decision-makers, and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious, globally distributed team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels. Reach out to potential podcast guests aligned with the company's audience and community. Manage follow-ups and nurture relationships with leads and prospective partners. Track and organize outreach activities using CRM and prospecting tools. Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies. Proactively suggest improvements to processes, workflows, and outreach systems. Must-Have Qualifications: 2–5 years of proven outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in accounting, CFO services, or B2B professional services. Experience working with SaaS, tech, e-commerce, or fast-growing service-based companies. Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with potential partners and future clients. Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach tools, email automation platforms (e.g., Instantly), and openness to learning new systems. Proven success in prospecting and business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2). Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate without rigid structure. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with AI-powered sales or outreach tools. Experience contributing to process development in early-stage or scaling companies. Background in startups or fast-paced, unstructured environments. Why Join Us?
