PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN

Tolo lo que es medible puede ser mejorado . Como Measurement & Optimization specialist ayudarás a promover el uso de herramienta de medición, evangelizar el uso de datos para la toma de decisiones y activamente generarás insights de nuestros consumidores para elaborar planes de comunicación que transmitan el propósito de nuestras marcas.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Colaborarás con los equipos de marca en la implementación y definición de estrategias de medición en medios y sitios web.
  • Medirás la efectividad y el valor de las campañas de marketing (paid, owned, earned media) presentando insights y recomendaciones.
  • Ayudarás a la optimización de campañas de medios en tiempo real por medio de herramientas que garanticen calidad y velocidad en la obtención de datos.
  • Crearás dashboards y reportes customizados que presenten de forma efectiva el resultado de las estrategias digitales de cada marca.
  • Coordinarás implementaciones de etiquetado en campañas y sitios que garanticen tener visibilidad de cada punto de contacto con nuestro consumidor.
  • Colaborarás en la estrategia e implementación de mejoras en UX en sitios web / app con el fin de garantizar mejores experiencias de nuestras marcas con nuestros consumidores.

QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?

  • Min. 2-5 años de experiencia en planificación y medición de media y analytics.
  • Experiencia en campañas de media digital preferentemente en agencias de medios o en empresas que tengan equipos especiales digitales.
  • Debe tener experiencia en planificación gestión e implementación de proyectos con objetivos de medición.
  • Ser muy curioso y apasionado por entender el cómo y para qué de las cosas.
  • Saber trabajar en equipo y manejar varios proyectos a la vez.
  • Apasionado por explorar datos, acompañado de nivel bueno de Excel o alguna herramienta de análisis de datos.
  • Inglés Medio-Avanzado. Hacer reportes con enfoque analítico.
  • Conocimiento de Marketing Media con foco en media digital. entender objetivos, tipos de compra y métricas de éxito. También debes tener conocimiento de principales métricas de Web Analytics entiendo principios básicos de UX y etiquetado.
  • Operar Adobe Analytics y / o Google y Analytics. Generar reportes para diferentes KPIs y fases de funnel (awareness, consideración y conversión)
  • Conocimiento básico de html, CSS y javascript Entender como leer código para auditoria de recolección de datos, funcionamiento de sitio y seguimiento de media.
  • Conocimiento básico en implementación de pixeles Google ads manager, Meta Business Manager (preferido Ad server) Experiencia en inserción, validación y reporting.
  • Experiencia en plataformas de visualización de datos (Data studio o Power Bi u otras)
