Job Scope The sales account manager will drive and execute sales strategy, from demand planning through to 'after sales' in order to maximize end users and consumer brand / loyalty. The main activities are: Manage sales execution – demand, pricing, sales forecast, deadlines, managing stocks, shipment schedule and deliveries. Sales and Business negotiations on existing products and clients, Prospect new clients, business channels and products, Work closely with R&D and QA departments on new product development and continuous improvement of existing products Attend events, meetings, and social events Have the ability to team up with different cultures Delivery revenue based on targets; Ability to establish and maintain commercial relationships. Requirements Language: Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus) Adherence to the company ́s values: determination, simplicity, availability, humility, sincerity, discipline & ownership. Team working approach Degree in business administration, foreign trade, engineering or similar Experience in sales to distributors, retailers and Food Service in Mexico Open mind, eyes on the future trends and opportunities Independent/self-sufficient/hands-on/proactive. Capacity to read and manage complex and dynamic scenarios. Travel capability Excel skills Knowledge about foreign trade business – Export / Import documents and International regulations Background in Food industry / FMCG Knowledge of industrial process, specs and quality standards of meat industry, especially Pork and Chicken Pro-active, problem solver and hunger to achieve targets.
