El rol de un Delivery Manager en el desarrollo de aplicaciones implica una serie de actividades y responsabilidades clave. A continuación, se detallan algunas de las funciones típicas asociadas con este rol:

Gestión de Proveedores:

  • Gestión de nuevos proyectos (Levantamiento de nuevos proyectos)
  • Seguimiento a proyectos realizados por proveedores dentro de los clientes.
  • Establecimiento y mantenimiento de relaciones con los clientes.
  • Aseguramiento de la satisfacción del cliente y la entrega de soluciones que cumplan con sus expectativas.
  • Seguimiento al pago de proveedores.
  • Implementación y seguimiento de procesos de control de calidad.
  • Supervisión de la calidad del código, pruebas y entrega de productos finales.

Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Planificación y coordinación de proyectos de desarrollo de aplicaciones.
  • Definición de objetivos, alcance, plazos y recursos necesarios.
  • Supervisión del progreso del proyecto y ajuste de planes según sea necesario.
  • Supervisión y coordinación de equipos de desarrollo.
  • Asignación de tareas y responsabilidades.
  • Fomento de la colaboración y la comunicación efectiva entre los miembros del equipo.

Gestión de Recursos:

  • Administración de recursos, incluidos el personal, el tiempo y el presupuesto.
  • Optimización de la asignación de recursos para garantizar la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los plazos.

Comunicación con los Interesados:

  • Comunicación efectiva con clientes, partes interesadas y otros equipos involucrados.
  • Gestión de expectativas y resolución de problemas.
  • Gestión de Riesgos:
  • Identificación y evaluación de riesgos en el desarrollo de aplicaciones.
  • Desarrollo de estrategias para mitigar riesgos y superar obstáculos.

Gestión de Clientes:

  • Establecimiento y mantenimiento de relaciones con los clientes.
  • Aseguramiento de la satisfacción del cliente y la entrega de soluciones que cumplan con sus expectativas.

Análisis y Reportes:

  • Recopilación y análisis de datos sobre el rendimiento del proyecto.
  • Elaboración de informes para informar a la dirección y a las partes interesadas.
  • Reporte financiero de los proyectos: ingreso y gross margin
  • Ingeniería en sistemas, informática o a fin
  • Experiencia mínima 2 años como Delivery Manager y gestión de proyectos con proveedores o partners.
  • Conocimiento en el seguimiento de un Modelo Back to Back con Partners o Proveedores
  • Conocimientos básicos de seguimiento financiero de los proyectos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de seguimiento a Procesos de factiración y cobranza.
