What sets us apart: Purpose-driven mission in clinical home care and staffing Opportunity to lead a multi-department remote team Performance-based culture with strong support from ownership Full autonomy to manage growth, quality, and people outcomes Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing Lead and Develop Talent: Coach cross-functional teams and oversee the full lifecycle of RN and LPN staff, from hiring and credentialing to performance management Ensure Regulatory Excellence: Drive audit readiness and clinical document quality to maintain strict adherence to all regulatory compliance standards Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Maintain and expand key relationships with referral sources, physicians, and hospital systems to support organizational growth Optimize Operational Workflow: Streamline the end-to-end intake process—including lead response, conversion, and go-live scheduling—to maximize efficiency Manage Financial Guardrails: Own the accuracy of hours forecasting and payroll while maintaining strict oversight of daily operating budgets Drive Data-Led Performance: Develop KPI dashboards to monitor health metrics and implement swift corrective actions to meet operational goals Minimum Requirements Must be located in Mexico City, Mexico Fluent English (spoken and written) Proven team leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families, physicians, and partners Proficiency in data tracking, dashboard reporting, and KPI-based decision-making Experience managing compliance or operational audits Preferred Qualifications Background in clinical staffing management (RN/LPN, PDN, PCS) Experience in SMB or startup operations Familiarity with credentialing systems, EVV, and Medicaid workflows Background in Healthcare, Clinical/Medical setting Tools Used RingCentral, Google Workspace, GHL, Adobe Fill & Sign, CareBravo (EVV/Scheduling), Medicaid Portals Compensation & Schedule Earnings: $3,000-$3,500 per month (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Work Environment: Fully Remote (based in Mexico City, Mexico) Core Values Expert Pediatric Care: Providing skilled nursing for children with complex needs Family Empowerment: Enabling family members (parents) to get paid for providing care through Medicaid (GAPP) Personalized & Affordable Care: Creating tailored plans at no out-of-pocket cost to families Compassionate Support: Reducing stress for families and ensuring children's comfort at home Ready to Lead and Grow with Purpose?
